Do programs still do this?

I used to have around 15 or so trades. Over time this has dwindled down to just one, SpunkyCash. Whenever I would check my resource page, I would almost indefinitely find a red x image, a site is down, pulled their image from their server, or stopped trading back to me.
Are we still doing this? If so, is anyone interested in trading? If not, I would like to know... it would be one less page to maintain.
