Why the hell Russia or China need aircraft carriers in 21th century? They don't even have catapults and cavalry armies. Do you know why? Because they have nukes that can completely destroy all the living creatures on planet Earth in about 30-40 minutes. Think about it.
Yes, believe it or not, but Russia is able to launch MBR's right from a train. Not some kiddie rocket, but a missile winch can literally burn out a whole NYC in a second.
