No, there would not be a civil war if Hillary was indicted. Hillary is a non issue at this point; She will never run for office again. She's just too old. I would be really surprised if she ran again. Hillary is only a concern for Republicans.
Even if we discover Trump completely collude with the Russian government to win the election there still wouldn't be a civil war. This will be handled in a proper and legal way. Trump would be removed from office and that would be that.

Do you honestly think her whole Clinton Foundation wasn't used for pay to play type shit? Do you really think all these foreign governments that were donating hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation were't doing so to buy access to Hillary?
I guess one has to wonder since she's not in office why did all the donations dry up....right?
My guess is if Hillary would have won she would have left in 2020 or 2024 a billionaire.
