my rent is like 200$...2 bedroom in a building built 15 years ago with brick and concrete...none of that faggoty dry wall crap like in the USA...my rent used to be like 160$ but the piece of shit dollar went down...I do not even live in any of the properties I own nor do I rent them out because shit is so cheap
