Why do you stupid that much? Why American writers can't translate Russian? You are amazing people. Amazing in your stupidity. The foreign doctors still need a medical diploma and they have to meet all these rules since 2018 (use Google translate):
Для иностранных граждан, граждан СНГ и лиц без гражданства
In your language, now it's
much harder to get a work as a medic in Russia to foreign people. Don't read bullshit. Read that Russian laws say. Learn Russian already, you stupid fag.
P.S. Just for your information, clown. Russian doctors are not cab drivers, so they don't need a license. They need a medical diploma (takes about 6 years in the university + 3 years of internships - summary it takes over 9 years to become a doctor in Russia). After that they need to confirm their attestation and qualification every 5 years. My sister is a doctor, my mother in law and her husband are doctors, so I know how it works here. Stop posting shit already, idiot.
