Everything that North Korea has "claimed" they have, they've actually turned around and proven, so when North Korea said they had nukes that fit on icbms that can reach the usa, I'd take him at his word and not ask for proof.

Keep in mind 2 years ago it was said he may or may not have nukes at all, then the lil fucker started testing not only small one's but right up to 100ktn each time.. media spun.. that's all he's got.

Then they said he doesn't have rockets to fly them.. so he popped one straight over Japan. Kim does not need to hit a precise target to provide maximum damage, a missile anywhere over the USA would throw the country in to chaos and that's a very big target. And you cant fire back without dragging Russia and China into it, and that's a life extinction event.

And all this ignores he's more than likely sitting on the world biggest stockpile of Biological weapons.

And the reasons North Korea has these weapons.. is they are worried the USA wants to invade them, and the reason they got them so fast was.. USA put sanctions on Russia.

At the end of the day Kim actually wants very little, And that's for the USA to stop fucking threatening them.

North Korea is now coming to the negotiating table.. and that's VERY good!

But its as an nuclear armed nation not rice farmers ;)
