Not sure if I understand this correctly, is this going to prohibit ads for any kind of sex work, including adult talent ads? Well, that would be a problem for porn producers/agencies.
As for site owners to be responsible for the content shared on their sites, it would kill piracy if similiar thing was applied in EU too. I support site owner's responsibility.
