You apparently don't understand how things work.. House and Senate don't make state districts.. It was a strategy set forth by Karal Rove and they gerrymandered the fuck out of states Republicans held the governship of. It was a systematic attack of voters rights and if you paid attention you would know this already because it's been in the courts for the last several years and state by state the courts have ruled Republicans illegally gerrymandered districts to give themselves overwhelming advantage..

The ONLY fucking reason Trump is in office is because Republicans cheated the system with illegal gerrymandering. As far as I'm concerned Trump is a illegitimate president.
The only reason it didn't affect Obama was because he had such a massive overwhelming win each time that the gerrymandering couldn't over do it..
