I won't be shocked if he dies first. I assume he will appeal and that will take time. There are also reports that his lawyer fell asleep during the trial. If that is true Cosby might be able to argue that he was not properly represented. I suppose there is a chance he could drag this out for a few more years and end up passing away before he ever is sentenced or forced to report to jail.
