Yes it takes two minutes to respond to an email ...
BUT
With EVERYONE AND THEIR DOG who are unable to read and understand basic communication and then like helpless little idiots requiring personal help and assistance in getting even the smallest issues done - it creates a massive backlog.
Imagine 1000 clients sending an email each, asking questions today.
If each email takes ”two minutes to respond to”, it would be 2000 minutes of uninterrupted work time.
That is 2000 / 60 = 33,33 hours
So even if one was at the computer, answering emails non-stop for 24 hours straight, it still would not be enough.
Next day, another 1000 clients send individual emails, with same questions as the other 1000 clients did the day before.
People need to stop emailing over silly little things! Contact normal support, if they give a ”dummy answer”, then try again and phrase your question differently. Obviously the support people are not the brightest of the bunch but some of the people here who write in are totally unable to express themselves in writing.
