The anger they have won't go away and isn't good for them, white people, or the US. Most blacks hate white people more than they'll admit, and blame white people for all and sundry wrongs in their life.
I think the only way to get rid of that anger is to confront these images, allow them to exist in reality because they happened. Even then who knows. Maybe the US doesn't survive it.
White people today of course don't want to face that. I'm not sure they should have to. The sense exists that someone should "pay" for that time, but that isn't how reality works. Living well is the best revenge, they say.

is there any particular reason you assign all the blame to the USA? every 'populace or social group' goes though hell at some point in history.
let me ask you this in all fairness to your statement, you and I are married, we are having issues.... we go to counseling, where I proceed to tell the therapist that EVERYTHING is your fault and that is just the facts and there are no other options...
how does that work for you?
