Everyone knows that showering Chump with praise will work. SK needs america if they want to end the war with NK and get a better trade deal. The moment Chump thinks he's being fucked with he go on a rampage and lie . So it's in their best interest to stroke chump's ego.
NK leader has met with China's and SK's leaders which has more to do with anything. While chump sits on his ass and tweets.
