diplomacy. what's for certain is trump is inconsistent.
so it's not out of the question that moon is pointing trump in a specific direction that will ensure trump does not blow up the nk/sk peace deal currently going on by publicly suggesting he should win the prize.
i'm certain moon would have no issues if trump wins a nobel prize in order for moon to achieve peace in Korea.
that's diplomacy.
