I disagree with your analysis of what you have written, even if it was not your intent. What you frame as diplomacy, others might rightly call lying. It is diplomacy if President Moon has the majority of the credit (which he may well have) and yet he gives that credit to President Trump. If Trump has NOTHING to do with this peace accord and they are saying that only to curry favor, that is lying.
I also disagree with your opinion (hardly fact - look up the word) that Trump will blow up any deal he feels like, but who has the time...
