As to whether or not the reporting has been fair, the answer is that it hasn't. They do go after him harder than anyone I have ever seen. I do think he brings a lot of it on himself, but they will take every little thing he says and does and dig into it for hours. I do think they have no respect for him. This is, however, a two way street. He has been at war with them since he announced his candidacy. All that said I think the media goes after him for any tiny reason and they give passes to some who go after him. For example, when Colbert said Trump's mouth is only good as a holster for Putin's cock. Conservatives were upset, but liberals and others were overjoyed. Had he said that about Obama the media and the left would have called for him to be thrown off the air.
