They should publicly torture these people over 48 hours, live feed , in a public square, family and friends of the deceased get first dibs at torturing then by any method they choose. The only thing they're allowed to eat and drink is pigs blood and bacond, raw.

At the end 48 hours they're put in a cage with fire ants and hornets. If they survive that, each limb is burned, one at a time, until the flesh melts, then start on the next one. If they survive that, they can live the rest if their life in a zoo full of the same terrorist criminals, open to the public, where the only thing they get to eat is what scraps of bacon treats people throw them.
