Mark, he doesn't telegraph his moves ahead of time, like the previous president did.
I doubt you'll understand this concept, but the fact is that sometimes disinformation is necessary. It would be foolish to let enemies know what he's about to do on certain things. He's a brilliant strategist playing a very complex game, which isn't a game.
Cavuto doesn't get it. Most of the examples he gives aren't even accurate.
