Twenty minutes? For real? That video must be fake then ))))))))))) Yes, that's a Topol-M ICBM which delivers 1 Megaton nuke to 12,000 kilometers. It has an deviation of about 150 meters from the target and it takes about 30 seconds to be fired from a mobile launchpad.
