back in the day lunatics like wehatebrain were the outcasts of the village, herding goats for a living, living with their mother in a broken shed and the rest of the village was making fun of them.
nowadays the internet lets them connect with all the other lunatics and gives them a false feeling of acceptance which encourages them to post even more of their nonsense.
someone was once suggesting something like a drivers license to use the internet, I don't think that's an entirely bad idea.
