I find this rather interesting really.... Ever notice how some leaders / government officials vow to "fight the charges" and hold onto their office for as long as they can, while others quickly resign...
I don't know this man from Adam, and I can care less, but it seems like he did the right thing. There are serious charges against him and instead of trying to fight it from behind a government job (In the Justice Department of all places), he claims the charges are false and quickly resigns.
It's like Al Franken. I don't believe he did anything wrong. But instead of fighting the charges from behind his powerful position in the government, he resigned.
