Actually I think they were trying to stop an nuclear arms race, and actually did it in a way that caused the least pain, and like mentioned many times the cash given back was theirs.
Trumps announcement had nothing to do with what’s good for America or any other country and everything to do with feeding the hateful base who put their hate for Obama before country.
