At first I was with CCBill... they are dicks. if they have an issue with you website, they send you an error code (to which you have no idea what it means) so... you have to email them back, this then creates a ticket, to which you then wait for them to answer (about something they have raise with your site) hopefully they explain everything (but doubtful) but maybe you have to answer them back again, which cause you a further delay as you have to wait again in there system...
Anyone one day, they had an issue with my site, without any warning, they pulled the plug, no warning, no explanation, I called them on the phone and just got a very blunt person that politely told me, in not so many word they didn't want to know.
So I went with Epoch (Paycom at the time) I have a sales rep 'Frank', who still talks to me now and work their, if I have an issue and email tech support, I get a real person reply, likewise if they have an issue with the site, a real person emails you and tells you in English (not in a code). I can even tell you half the names of the people that work tech support.
As above, they use paypal as an option, getting around the paypal policy "adult services" policy in a very clever way and they can set up all sort of things for you... if you email a real person at tech support.
No tickets, no codes, real people, real nice! never looked back!
