My thoughts about Trump are well known here on GFY, but GFY is the ONLY place I discuss politics.
I surely wouldn't walk up to strangers on a beach and start ranting about such nonsense.
In person I rarely discuss politics, and only then if asked directly about it. Even then I am not too interested in getting into debates or long discussions. I also do not discuss politics on Facebook. Very, very rarely do I discuss politics on Facebook.
Politics does not consume my free time.
