It's totally going to depend on where you live in the world, for someone in the USA North Korea is a far greater immediate threat as they do have nukes and they do have ballistic missiles capable of reaching the USA, and there's fuck all the USA could do about it if they did fire because of their proximity to South Korea, Japan, Russia and China. Any retaliation for a North Korean attack.. is limited.
USA could erase Iran from the map and the only real countries bitching would be other countries you want to erase, none of them having weapons that could reach the USA.

NK has nukes and NK has missiles but the two are not married up and even if they were the warhead cannot survive reentry. They need much more testing over a period of a year or so to accomplish this marriage and reentry problem. Thus they cannot deliver a nuke anywhere in the world via ICBM.
