Who I am more scared of? Iran.
North Korea is just dumb, and is in a bad place. For years they had the support of China but those days are over. China sees now that North Korea is nothing but a constant drain on China and they want to wash their hands of it all. North Korea has nuclear weapons, and perhaps the technology to deliver them to the United States but it really has no desire to do this. The goal of North Korea is to unify with South Korea, or at least make peace; Attacking the United States or another country with a nuclear bomb fails to accomplish this and only makes things worse for them.
Iran is a different beast. Iran is trying to spread it's control to other countries such as Iran, and now Syria. I think they are also involved in Yemen too. Of course there is always their never ending issues with Israel. Then there is the terrorist aspect. It's believe Iran is the largest supporter of world wide terrorism. If a terrorist gets a nuke and sets it off in any city, well, that changes everything.
