Not at all. The model provides the witness. The witness signs and makes a legal declaration that ho or she has witnessed the model signing it.
They are just witnessing that she signed the paper, not witnessing the video that she made.
Witness could be her B/F, partner, mother or dealer. Doesn't matter. Its her responsibility, not yours - You are not there
