NK want to unite with SK. It will do they powerful but who gives guarantees this power will good for the region for majority people over there. Today world system not balanced after USSR collapse, USA spent trillions on military around the world, not on its schools and hospitals and infrastructure - many nations destroyed. But nuke in Iran or NK not will save them. Look on Hiroshima and Nagasaki today and how many nukes were exploded during the cold war, it was thousands. Important only theory -
deterrence theory If one little and proud country like Iran will explode nuke - it destroys world safety which we have 70 years without full-scale military conflict.
