True, but I think this only works for European users, and the site owner must both live in and have his business located in Europe.
Except for that, Both CCBill and Epoch are excellent. Their services are never down, they are never late on payments, they provide lots tools, and both offer truly excellent support.
Also you don't have to stick with just one provider - you can use both. Look into the "Cascade" feature. And if you're shopping, check out Segpay.com too. They have been around forever and always willing to listen and consider new ideas. You may also be able to save a little on the transaction fees too!
