Yes, good advice. I had forgot to mention this
Heres what I do. Get a pic of the model holding both pieces of ID that she has listed on the form up next to her face like this:
Then get her to take clear pics on her phone (or make a scan of) both IDs like this.
Not sure about copies of HIV tests (as visible slightly in the bottom left of the last pic) as you wont be present. Perhaps someone else can advise? Of course, if its a solo video, the HIV certs wouldn't come into it in the UK but not 100% sure of US laws...
