But I don't understand why this piece of land has to be supported by the USA. Are they a bunch o disabled people who can't care of themselves?

P.S. When you say Europe, you mean Russia, because it's the biggest country there which does include more than 40% of the European continent. One single country is owe almost a half of the whole Europe.
