Diomed provided some good advice as well but most people cannot hack working for themselves. Convincing someone to work for themselves will go nowhere 99 times out of 100. Most people want to do work, get paid, enjoy their time off. You cannot do that when you work for yourself.

So your response is bragging about how many people who's lives you control ( close to a dozen ) and how many people are begging for what you got with their resumes that you find "boring".
Here's a tip: Qualified employees are not "look at me!" whores. The non boring resumes that you want are a reflection of you, someone inflating what they are screaming "look at me!" to distract from their inadequacies.
