I think this is good for witnesses and victims of crime who might not be legal, so they can testify and put away the ctminal. After all, the point of a case in court is to find innocence or guilt of the accused, not the immigration status of victims & witnesses
In any other country these people would be considered refugees, especially Venezuelans, which is a legal status. Having people here illegally and undocumented is not good for anyone. That being said, California has the worlds 13th largest economy, larger than Russia, we must be doing something right all these years
