No you haven't. Google for the best plastic surgeons and you will be sent to Russia, but plastic surgeons are not something critical for your life. Can you treat a cancer or an AIDS for free in the USA? In Russia that's a normal thing. What if you break a hand/foot etc? If you have an appendicitis? A heart attack? The treatment of everything of that is ABSOLUTELY FREE in Russia (including the ambulance transportation). What's about your country? When I was watching the US movies, I always thought "why this idiot tries to bring his pregnant wife to a clinic, if he just can call an ambulance, which will do it must faster and will take care of her". Please try to understand, for a Russian these scenes are looking like a delirium. This is 100% FREE here.
I've never been to a Moscow clinic. My wife was. She had a vegan food (most of us eat meat, but she does not, so she could choose), there were 4 women in the room, one toilet and one shower for them. One LCD TV panel for all of them too. And all of that was FREE. Babe, do you understand this word: FREE?

Of course I had. Not on youtube, but in the real life. I've been to a Russian hospital at about 13 y/o and I've been there in 2000. Nothing wrong - free MRI, free hormonal blood tests, free meds, free food etc. And it was about 1500 kilometers away from Moscow. The ambulance is 100% free in Russia. So what?
Also we have a lot of private clinics and you can do everything for money with your own blackjack and whores (literally). But people like you who have AIDS still prefer the free medicine (even if they earn a lot)... because... it works the same way as a paid one, but the government - not you pays for all your meds.
P.S. We don't pay for something like Obamacare. You can have a ZERO salary, but you will get the same health treatments like others. Everybody here have a so-called "medical passport" and it doesn't matter if you have a job or not. Surprised?
