40% of of the payment was for the link and that link was up and running 2 hours after payment.

I do NOT guarantee a certain amount of daily traffic (I never do) because "I DO NOT SEND BLIND TRAFFIC".
Partners pay $1.5 per K traffic that we send (uniques counted per 24 hours).
How much traffic they receive daily? It depends on the number of videos that you add in our system, the quality of the thumbs, the titles ..., are the keywords in your titles popular search terms? etc etc ...
And traffic is send as long as you have a positive balance.
So tell me, .... what exactly did I promise to you that you not received?
