Let me give you some advice. Start doing some local mainstream development work via Wordpress (something you can actually hand down to the end user if they are on a budget than doesn't account for administration).

Wouldn't hurt to cover shopify, squarespace, etc.

All the usual upsales.. etc.

Don't depend on Adult companies to hire.. That trend is only going one direction. Somehow I got lucky when I realized I didn't want to even attempt being at the mercy of google/seo. This was some time after galleries died.

Media buying is a beautiful thing.

Adult still offers something incredibly unique in that regard. All of the traffic has been liquidated into just a few avenues. Think about the opportunity to scale. Your clever enough to put the pieces together with a bit of trial and error.

You only have to "out-think" the next man.. and if you have any kind of creativity.. That isn't difficult to achieve.

Wouldn't you rather not rely on anyone else?
