Appears I had to apply for the replacement card manually, so sorry for that. Done. I did not know. Today I woke up to find out my Paxum account is closed and that the outstanding balance will be sent to me. Where exactly will it be sent? Actually there were some money on that account but it shows zeros in the email. No email reply so far. No phone support. All agents are busy and I should leave a message to get a call back. Ruth does not answer on Skype... Seriously? Please explain. I want my card and my money. Make some sense out of it, please.
