CrakRev. Whether its PPL or CPA, they are #1 in the industry.
Never had an issue with them as far as payouts go, and they're slogan "The most efficient CPA network" is not bullshit. They are constantly coming up with new tools that actually make money.
They're smartlink if probably one of the best in the game as well.
