Yes - comply with 2257.
Yes - comply with all Visa International and Country version regulations....

Then double that safety ("risk management") with hosting in some crazy friggen country - anywhere - stable.

Now looking for RUSSIAN co-location suppliers.

SexEducation.com was banned for banning ".RU" memberships,
seems like the country that distributes (imo) the most child pornography would be the safest place to host the world's most controversial domain name.
