at my peak i was doing sets at 360 at 4-6 reps and was climbing. I was aiming for maxing out at 405 but had some issues with my rotator cuff so had to step back. These days I don't push it too much as it interferes with other sports I play so I don't get sets at much over 270.
edit: oh for incline i didn't get much over 260, less with reps.. always found that one a lot tougher. decline or reverse grip flat i could do a lot more though.

incline for 10 reps/ 3 plates per side is rarely natural...there are some naturally strong people but if you see a guy in the gym pushing this kind of weight it is very very rare for him to be natural...
flat benches are murder on the joints...murder...I have never attempted my 1 rep max because the pain would stop me...
