In a civilized society, it's common sense not to stay on one's private property or place of business and use a toilet there without a permission / unless you buy something (which grants you the permission).
This is civilized.
What is not civilized is loitering, refusing to leave, piling demands and screaming 'racism' after being asked to leave and refusing to do so. That is not civilized.
Add the fact that there was a lawyer involved from the day one and they got a fat payout from Starbucks already within 3 - 4 weeks. So either these guys are bright legal minds that immediately figured out their options and decided they have a case (they do not but a race card is in place), or there's more that we don't know about.
This is a very dangerous precedent, it starts with free toilets, then there will be demands to hire more "minorities", quotas, they'll be bullied to put more money to 'minority' charities etc. etc. mark my words.
Where will it end - free coffee and sandwiches for blacks on a black history month? or Al Sharpton as a CEO renaming the brand to "Blackbucks"?
It's a never ending circle of race baiting racket, allowed by the gullible, naively stupid, and diminishing 'majority', and it pays well.
