Private businesses in public spaces is a social issue and I'm socially liberal.
If I owned a business off of public walkway that had to be open to the public by law during business hours all most businesses do that are open to the public, I would know that part of the cost of doing business is having a restroom open to the public and cleaning up shit off the walls from the freaks that randomly will do that.
It's called doing good business and someone has to clean those fucking bathrooms anyway.
If you want to get rid of people get rid of people for loitering or being a public nuisance or whatever. But taking a shit in a toilet is a human decency thing and people should be allowed to do that it's basic.
