You are so wrong now. Russians did not grabbed von Braun. They have got V-2 rockets only (maybe some low ranged German engineers too). While the leading developer of V-2 was grabbed by the USA and Russians engineers headed by Korolev... guess what? They were able to send their first rocket to the orbit BEFORE von Braun with all his knowledge and the US money. Now turn on your logic. Does something like ding-dong sound in your head? Also look into the history. Which country has started to use the rocket technologies at war? It was the Soviet Union with "
Katushas" - those had no even close analogues in the Nazi Germany.
FYI, in 1941, Soviets had the best tank for that time - "T-34". Germans had no analogues as well and they just copied it as "Panther" (yes, it's a German replica of Soviet T-34). So please don't tell me what Soviets have grabbed from the Germans. Course some technologies were taken but the Nazi SS genius von Braun and the core of his team were grabbed by the States. It doesn't matter where you've lost your finger while your brain is with you...
