They were actually surprised when lawyers showed up to represent the companies. Now that they have they've been stalling.. Because the cases weren't actually meant to really go anywhere. It's all for show... Ask yourself why would he keep putting off Flynn's sentencing? Because even the Flynn indictment isn't what you think.. There is no reason for them to put it off other than they really plan to toss the case at some point. But they wanted to get the claim on court record early on so those involved couldn't change their story after that actual facts came out...
