I hear ya, this name already gets a trickle of traffic...it was an adult portal back the late 90's early 2000's. I'm not really into developing more or so buying and selling digital assets i.e crypto and domains.
With that said I'm motivated to sell this because it deserves to be in the hands of someone that is better suited to help it reach full potential.
