yes, adequate missile technology is still out of reach for weak and poor countries...this is why bacteria is better...all it takes is 1 sleeper agent with 1 vial in 1 random country...keeping up with USIS with conventional weapons is futile, invasions are becoming normal and sovereignty is just a meaningless word...unconventional warfare is the way to go...
we live in the age of the internet and information can be passed on in seconds...freedom for small countries will come in a vial or in a missile or some other way...it is just a matter of time...I do not believe there will be much future for mankind but at least the small get to die standing on their feet because the strong would not leave them alone...
