"resolve issues"......... come on. How do you "resolve" nuclear weapons? give up 1/2 of them? promise not to use them on us like the American government is promising not to attack NK while publicly stating the libya model? All while bailing on the Iran deal at the very same time.
why would NK be genuine in that statement at all even? It's brilliant really.. what happened?? ..........we're still wanting to resolve things.
