I remember my GF had been looking forward to seeing Rachel Wood's very first nude scene. They have the same body type, and she was curious if Rachel looks the same naked as she does (yes). The context of the scene ruined it for her, though. She found it too disturbing. I thought Rachel naked was great and didn't GAF about the context. Mars & Venus.
