Why with Russia? I said Europe. In the Netherlands you can drink in the car as well. Just don't drive it. Isn't that true?
P.S. Course we can go to any 2nd thread here to speak about Russian invasion into the US elections and discuss how Trump loves Putin... but it at least boring. I didn't say that USA are bad. I've just said that I really don't understand why a passenger there can not drink.
