Actually which ones? The only places where I've been allowed to drink beer on the street were New Orleans and Las Vegas. But I don't remember any where I could do it in the car, if the bottle was not packed in a paper bag or it was not poured out into a "doctor pepper" cup (that's my personal invention
).
Also, can you be naked or have sex in your car? Like at home, because your car is your private property, right?
