Webbilling-Is there another EU debit company?

Hello.

I've done business with Webbilling for about 10 years now. I am changing company names. I know, it's a BIG DEAL...lol. Their application process is so fucking complicated I'm about ready to pull them from all my join pages.

Unfortunately, we still have the following problem with the signature:

Pursuant to § 6 para. 4 line 3 c of the FM AMLA, the customer is obliged to be identified by the Austrian representative authority in the relevant third country in the event that he has his registered office or domicile in a third country and his bank is also domiciled in a third country. (USA). Due to the above mentioned law, he must legitimize himself through the Austrian Consulate (consular representation) in the USA. From the Austrian consulates in other third countries we/Daopay have the following experiences:

The customer (authorized representative of the company) must go to the consulate with his passport and a copy of his passport (or with a contract, which he must conclude with us) and ask for a certification of his signature on the copy of his passport (or on the contract). The customer signs the passport copy (or the contract) in front of the official and the consulate provides the passport copy (or the contract) with the text " Saw to certify the above signature of the ________________________________, born am_______________ whose identity has been verified by____________________". Then he has to send the contracts back to Daopay.

There is usually a fee of about 50€. But this is carried by Daopay. It would be great if you could pay the fee in cash for the time being (since usually no KK is taken) and then send the invoice together with the contracts to Daopay. The amount will then be credited to your account.

Under this link you can see which consulate / embassy is best located. Please let me know when you have decided on one. We will then contact them again to make sure that the Embassy really does offer this service.

I know it is a lot of work, but unfortunately this is an Austrian directive that we have to look into.
